• Generate huge traffic to the company's website through highly successful viral marketing narratives.


• Ability to create huge positive metrics for company's social media handles - followers, likes, stickiness, being an influencer, convincing other influencers etc.


• Lot of interest in learning from the positives and negatives of other companies social media marketing strategies.


• Generate positive buzz about the company and counter any negative news about the company, through social media marketing campaigns.


• Interest and inquisitiveness in following different events related to products and services of the company.


• General ability to relate external information and trends to the products and services of the company.


• Given a broad topic, ability to ideate and/or do research to come up with detailed idea to implement social media campaign.


• Should be comfortable in general computer usage so as to learn relevant software tools, in order to create social media marketing campaigns.


• Social media content needs to be created in different formats - text, photo, audio, and video.


• The job involves documentation and data entry in to relevant IT systems of the company.


• Ubuntu Linux is the only OS used in the company. Therefore, you should know how to use it or have the ability to learn it quickly, with the initial guidance of the company's engineers.
